Rates will be determined on a per-job basis.
Unless discussed specifically, prior to producion, the agreed upon rate will be for a ten hour day. This day rate acts as a ten hour guarantee regardless of hours worked (when fewer than ten)
After the initial ten hours, overtime will be calculated at a rate of time and a half for the first two hours, and double time thereafter.

Equipment rental rates will be discussed and agreed to (signed for) prior to production. Any loss or damage to equipment as a direct or indirect result of production or activities having to do with production will be the responsibility of the producing company and/or its insurance carriers.

If requested, a certificate of insurance should be provided with New Noise Sound listed as the "loss payee"
